RSVP for this field trip to the Fisherman's Wharf on February 18. The bus leaves promptly at 10:30 am and returns at 2:00 pm. You must come into the Senior Center to RSVP.

Come and enjoy an hour of yoga. This class is taught by a certified yoga instructor through Yoga Center of Carmel. Classes are held on Tuesdays from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. in the Vince DiMaggio Park building, located at 3200 Del Monte Blvd. The classes are FREE but you must be a registered Senior Center member to participate.

Monterey Bay Moves will offer a free mindful movement and meditation session every Tuesday In Gloria Jean Tate Park at 5:30 p.m. starting January 7. Practicing meditation helps achieving a state of calmness, a clear, relaxed, and inwardly focused mind. This class consists of mindfulness meditation exercises and mindful movements. In unifying our movements, breathing, and mindfulness, we revitalize our natural energy flow creating harmony in mind, body and spirit.
