VINCE DIMAGGIO PARK
Seniors of any fitness level are welcome to join this class designed to help maintain strength, balance and mobility. The class will begin seated as we perform breath work and gentle stretching to increase the range of motion in our joints and warm up our bodies. To strengthen the muscles, we will continue with various upper and lower body exercises which can be done standing or seated. The class ends with a cool down phase of stretching and relaxation.
