On December 3, 2019, the City Council voted to approve an Ordinance Establishing a By-District Election Process in Four Council Districts. This Ordinance adopts Map 109c as the map that implements these four Council Districts.

Following a second reading of the Ordinance on December 17, 2019, the ordinance will take effect on January 16, 2020 with the first district elections (Districts 2 & 3) held in November 2020 and the second (Districts 1 & 4) in November 2022.
