Monterey Bay Procurement Technical Assistance (PTAC): http://www.Montereybayptac.org
PTAC is funded by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) under a cost-sharing cooperative agreement to fulfill the congressional mandate to further open the contracting door to small businesses. PTAC assists small businesses with the procurement of government contracts along with training of management of contracts.
