Minimum Operating Standards

These standards establish the minimum acceptable qualifications of participants, level and quality of service, and other conditions which will be required of those proposing to conduct commercial aeronautical activities at the Airport. The adoption and enforcement of such Minimum Operating Standards ensures that those individuals, or entities, engaged in commercial aeronautical activities meet certain standards.
