- Parade and Assembly Permit
- Peddler/Street Cart Permit
- Cardroom Establishment Permit
- Cardroom Employee Permit
- Sound Amplification Permit
- Dance Permit
- Establishment Dance Permit
- Film/Photography Permit
- Dog License
